15.10.2013: A wonderful Autumn is coming to an end. We are using this season to check the appearance and cleanliness of our balcony and terrace furniture, and then store it in the cellar.

20.07.2013: Today we have changed our morning breakfast, from individual breakfasts to a buffet. Our buffet offers a very broad selection of sausage, cheese, preserves, cereals, fruits, tomatoes/mozzarella, rolls, pastries and much more. From today we can offer you even more flexibility during your stay at our house, individually orientated to your daily needs. You can select the most delicious things for yourself and savour your breakfast. Naturally, as usual there will be a selection of coffee, cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, milk coffee, espresso, hot chocolate, and many different varieties of tea.

15.05.2013: In the last few weeks a hairdryer has been hard installed in each apartment (bathroom). Now you can style your own hair as you wish, at our house. We have chosen a high quality German manufacturer. The design, in stainless steel/black retains and underlines the stylish, linear furnishing of our house.

25.04.2013: Our underground garage entrance and exit have been rebuilt. We are happy to tell you that, after a long period of preparation, we have now removed the restricted access from our house. The entrance to our underground garage was actually never the problem, but the exit however, in one way or another, presented a big challenge.

01.02.2013: In good time before the spring arrives we have fitted all the apartments, as well as the stairways, with insect screens. In the future you will also be able to keep the window open on warm summer nights and enjoy additional protection from annoying intrusion of midges during the night.

15.10.2012: We have furnished our washing machines and drying area with explanatory instructions in German and English. We have now made available in one concise set of instructions the chance to follow the exact procedure, step by step, so you can easily start the washing and subsequent drying process. In a second piece of information we have put together all the programmes and further useful hints for you. Now you will be fully informed and prepared when you use the washing machine and drying facilities. You can now also purchase washing powder at reception. Make use of our facilities and then give us your feedback here, telling us whether you found all the instructions understandable and easy to follow.

01.09.2012: Today we have equipped our apartments with shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and soap for your use. From now on you will also be supplied with these bathroom luxuries in our house. We hope you approve of our taste. We are eager to hear your feedback.

01.06.2012: Supplementary to our guest information via your free-of-charge Internet access, we now also offer all our guest information in German, in paper form, in each apartment. You have the choice whether you would like to read our information on the PC, or browse through our folder at your leisure. For our foreign-language speaking guests we offer information in paper form in English, French, Spanish, Russian and Chinese at our Info-Desk in the lobby.

14.05.2012: We have extended our breakfast selection for you. Our Business breakfast and also our Casual breakfast form the basis of our breakfast selection, as before. However, from now on you have the opportunity of extending your breakfast order á la carte, according to your wishes, when checking in.

11.05.2012: Boardinghouse Home turns Gallery. Under the motto “Interior Design meets Art“ in collaboration with the artist Franz X. Heinzler and numerous invited guests, we have opened the “Moments“ exhibition in our house. From now on we are pleased to be able to offer you changing impressions on the way to and from your apartment. Therefore please allow yourself a little extra time so you can look at the pictures on the way. Enjoy peaceful moments in our house; not only in your apartment, but also in our corridors and stairwells, as well as in the sauna suite.

10.04.2012: The bar is open! Enjoy refreshing drinks and delicious snacks in the evening from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. We are looking forward to your visit.

01.04.2012: The balcony and terrace furniture has been cleaned and put back on all the balconies and terraces. The loveliest time of year can now come. You, our dear guests, are certain to find many different ways of comfortably whiling away the evening together, or even simply relaxing throughout the day on our spacious terraces and balconies.

25.03.2012: We invited the public to our open day from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. We were really delighted that so many people were interested and accepted our invitation to acquaint themselves with our house and the services we offer. We wish to extend our thanks to all who contributed to the success of this open day. Over coffee and cake, many of our visitors also used the time to linger and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.

08.02.2012: From now on our check-in automat will issue apartment cards with the Boardinghouse HOME – adults only logo, together with contact data. From now on you will always have all the contact data ready to hand during your stay in our house.

15.11.2011: From now on when you log in with your WiFi access data you will be offered our guest information in six different languages. The languages available are: German, English, French, Spanish, Russian and Chinese. You can access our comprehensive information when you log in to your laptop in the apartment, as well as at our free-of-charge Internet terminal in the lobby.

13.10.2011: From today on the WiFi access data, valid for the duration of your stay, will be printed directly onto your receipt at the check-in automats. Consequently you no longer need to separately transfer the data provided, and thus your on-line access is simplified.

07.10.2011: Dear Guest, from today you have the opportunity to get 2 identical guest cards when you check in at our check-in automats, for a 2-person apartment occupancy. Thus, you can open the doors of the house, as well as your apartment, with each card independent of each other.

23.07.2011: The towel holders were installed in the bathrooms in all apartments. Delivery for the towel holders took some time but the special orders complete the clear, classy overall image of the building. We sincerely thank our previous guests for their patience and understanding.

21.07.2011: The Wlan reception in the individual apartments was a bit too weak. Additional access points were installed so that our guests can look forward to even better reception in the future - free of charge as usual.

01.07.2011: The terrace and balcony furniture arrived just in time for summer. 2 chairs and a table invitingly entice you to relax on our large terraces and balconies.

07.06.2011: Our Express Check In - Check Out - Automated booking machine is up and running! If you already have a reservation at the Boardinghouse, you can check in outside of our reception times at our automated machine using your reservation number. It is located in the mudroom in front of the lobby. On the day you leave, you can use it to check out and reduce potential wait times at reception. Spontaneous customers thus have an option for checking our availability and booking apartments.We look forward to your visit.
